Shipping Policy
A Legal Disclaimer
Even though most Total Concrete Care projects are applied on-site, we occasionally ship drums, test kits, or accessory products directly to clients. The simple policy below explains how we handle those rare shipments.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Made-to-order: We ship only after full payment (or approved purchase order) and once the product batch passes QC.
Processing time: Standard orders leave our Edmonton warehouse within 3 business days;
custom-tinted or pallet-size loads may require up to 7 business days.
Notification: You’ll receive a tracking link or Bill of Lading by email as soon as your goods are handed off to the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Small parcels (≤ 25 kg): Sent via FedEx Ground or Purolator within Canada; transit typically 2–5 business days.
Freight & drums (> 25 kg): Shipped LTL on a skid, curb-side delivery only. Transit varies by province but usually 3–10 business days.
Rates: Freight charges are quoted up-front on your invoice and reflect carrier cost plus insurance—no handling mark-ups. Clients may use their own carrier account by arrangement.
Geography: We currently ship within Canada only. For international orders, contact us to discuss export documentation and routing.
3. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items
Inspection on arrival: Note any visible damage on the carrier’s POD and photograph the packaging before unwrapping.
Report window: Email shipping@totalconcretecare.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Resolution: We’ll file the carrier claim and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items once the claim is accepted. Claims made after 48 hours or without evidence may be denied.
